Sage Infused Margarita
Infused your tequila overnight
- 1.5 cups tequila
- 3 sprigs fresh sage
For the margarita:
- 60ml sage-infused tequila
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml triple sec or Cointreau
- 15 ml of Agave
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- 1 sprig sage, for garnish
Basil Margarita
- 60 ml Roca Patrón Silver
- 30 ml Fresh lime juice
- 30 ml Simple syrup
- 4 Basil leaves
- Kosher salt rim
- Lime wheel for garnish
Jalapeno Margarita
- 4 slices of cucumber
- half a jalapeño
- 30ml lime juice
- 60ml tequila
- optional: agave/maple syrup
Remove the seeds from the jalapeño before placing it in the blender if you don't want it too spicy.
Mint Margarita
- 1/2 cup cucumber (peeled, seeded, and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 60ml key lime juice
- 6 mint leaves (chopped)
- 75ml reposado tequila
- 15ml orange liqueur
- 2 dashes hot sauce (Tabasco)
- 6 ice cubes
- Optional: salt
- Garnish: 2 cucumber slices
