Get ready for a week of flavour, fun, and fabulous food!

Kick off the week with a dinner that’s both hearty and healthy. Our Kale and Eggplant Shakshuka is a vibrant dish that’s sure to please the whole family.

Ingredients:
- Airgarden kale
- Airgarden eggplant
- Tomatoes
- Eggs
- Onions
- Garlic
- Spices (cumin, paprika, chili flakes)

Instructions:
1. Sauté onions and garlic in a large skillet.
2. Add chopped eggplant and cook until soft.
3. Stir in tomatoes and spices, letting the mixture simmer.
