Red Kale Seedlings
This variety of kale produces dark, finely curled leaves with a mild brassica/mustard flavour, making it ideal for baby leaf harvesting and bunching. Best harvested when young for sweeter leaves, it thrives in cooler positions and provides a nutrient-dense addition to your garden. Known for its high antioxidant content, kale offers more than twice the Vitamin C of spinach, along with more Calcium, Vitamin K, protein, and folate. It’s also a great source of fibre and supports eye health.
