Kale Seedlings
This dark, fine-curled variety of kale offers a mild brassica/mustard flavour and is perfect for both baby leaf harvesting and bunching. High in antioxidants, it boasts more than twice the Vitamin C of spinach, along with abundant Calcium, Vitamin K, fibre, protein, folate, and nutrients that support eye health. Harvest young for sweeter leaves, and avoid planting in extremely hot positions.
